  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add flour and salt to the butter mixture until just combined.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips, crushed potato chips, and whole pretzel twists.
  5. Spread the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet in an even layer about half an inch thick.
