For the Garnish

Method
 

Cake Preparation

  4. Divide the batter among the pans and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Frosting Preparation
  1. Beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
  2. Mix in the remaining lemon juice, zest, heavy cream, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.
Assembling the Cake
