  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing use homemade for a fresher taste if preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) adjust the amount based on your preference
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated) substitute with Pecorino Romano for a sharper taste
  • 4-6 pieces Skewers choose metal skewers or soak wooden skewers in water

Equipment

  • Grill
  • Mixing bowl
  • skewers

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, ensuring uniform size for even cooking. Pat them dry with a paper towel to promote better browning.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ranch dressing and minced garlic. Toss all the ingredients together until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while you thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers. Alternate pieces of chicken with any desired vegetables for added flavor.
  4. Place the assembled skewers on the grill, cooking for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and immediately sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the hot skewers. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
