Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Freeze the mozzarella sticks for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Wrap each stick tightly with bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) or oven to 400°F (205°C).
  4. Cook the sticks for 10-12 minutes in the air fryer, or 15-18 minutes in the oven, flipping halfway through.
  5. Prepare hot sauce by melting butter and adding cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional brown sugar.
  6. Brush the cooked sticks with the hot sauce immediately after cooking.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley, and with dipping sauces on the side.
