Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Refrigerate the crust for 15-30 minutes until firm.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add marshmallow fluff, whipped cream, and powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy.
- Pour the marshmallow filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top evenly.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the pan and garnish with fresh berries, chocolate drizzle, or nuts before serving.
