Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups Graham Crackers Crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 cups Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar Adjust according to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure or imitation

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Refrigerate the crust for 15-30 minutes until firm.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gradually add marshmallow fluff, whipped cream, and powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy.
  7. Pour the marshmallow filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top evenly.
  8. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Remove from the pan and garnish with fresh berries, chocolate drizzle, or nuts before serving.
