- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, and salt until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Then remove and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Stir in Irish cream liqueur and coffee liqueur.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Sift together espresso powder, cocoa powder, and flour; fold into the mixture along with vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges set and center jiggles slightly.
- Let cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Run a knife around edges before removing the springform. Slice and serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
