  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Consider stabilizing it with sugar.
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Shavings Dark chocolate is highly recommended.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour, and salt until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the pan.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Then remove and let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Stir in Irish cream liqueur and coffee liqueur.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  6. Sift together espresso powder, cocoa powder, and flour; fold into the mixture along with vanilla extract.
  7. Pour filling into crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until edges set and center jiggles slightly.
  8. Let cool at room temperature for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Run a knife around edges before removing the springform. Slice and serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
