  • 2 each Tea Bags black or herbal
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon or use a stick
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Cloves or ground cloves
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Fresh/Frozen Cranberries for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the spice bag by placing whole cloves and ground cinnamon into a cheesecloth or spice ball.
  2. Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a large pot and add the spice bag along with the tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and spice bag, then whisk in granulated sugar to taste until fully dissolved.
  4. Combine the sweetened tea with cranberry juice, thawed orange juice, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Stir well.
  5. Serve by diluting the concentrate with equal parts water, heating for hot tea or serving chilled over ice.
