- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

- Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth to create ganache.
