Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Remove the halloumi from its packaging, drain any brine, and pat it dry with a towel.
  2. Slice the halloumi into pieces about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan and let it heat.
  5. Place the halloumi slices in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden-brown.
  6. Flip each slice and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the second side is golden and crispy.
  7. Transfer the crispy halloumi to a serving plate.
  8. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top before serving.
