Preparation

  2. Add the chicken thighs and sliced onions to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a resealable bag.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
  5. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill, leaving space between them for even cooking.
  6. Grill for about 6–8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and charred, checking for 165°F internal temperature.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
