  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs skin-on preferred
For the Marinade
  • 1 cup Peri Peri Sauce homemade recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil high-quality oil for best flavor
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced, can substitute with garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice fresh preferred, bottled in a pinch

Method
 

Marination and Grilling
  1. Combine chicken thighs with peri peri sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Place marinated chicken thighs on the hot grill. Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
