Marination and Grilling
- Combine chicken thighs with peri peri sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Place marinated chicken thighs on the hot grill. Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
