Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and season.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese until it melts completely, then let the filling cool.
  4. Flatten each biscuit round to approximately 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Spoon about a tablespoon of beef and cheese mixture into the center of each dough round and seal.
  6. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  7. Melt butter over low heat, then mix in minced garlic and fresh parsley. Brush over each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each bomb.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
