- Sauté the chicken in 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.

- In another pan, sauté spiralized zucchini in the remaining tablespoon of olive oil for about 2 minutes.
- Combine zucchini with the chicken and vegetable mixture. Toss until coated with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
