Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut along the back of each lobster shell, leaving the tail intact. Pull the lobster meat upwards onto the shell.
  3. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet, making sure to space them adequately.
  4. In a small bowl, combine paprika, Old Bay seasoning, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the lobster tails.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until opaque and firm.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in parsley, grated garlic, lemon zest, and any remaining seasonings.
  7. Brush the baked lobster meat generously with garlic butter.
  8. Switch to broil and return the lobster tails for an additional 3 minutes until golden.
