- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of natural peanut butter, 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them at least one inch apart.
