Preparation and Blending
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Slice the English cucumber and measure out mint leaves, lime juice, and club soda into separate bowls.

  3. Taste the mixture. If you want it sweeter, add sugar or honey and blend again for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Pour the blended mocktail into two tall glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.
