Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pour 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice and 1/2 cup of cream of coconut into your blender. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add 2 cups of crushed ice to the blended mixture and blend on high speed for another 30-45 seconds until thick and slushy.
  3. Pour the mocktail into your favorite tall glass, filling it to about 3/4 full.
