  2. Mould mixture: Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each almost to the top without air pockets.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze: Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  4. Serve: Remove the bars from the molds and serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
