  1. In a high-speed blender, combine ripe honeydew chunks, raw cane sugar, and your choice of unsweetened plant milk. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Once your mixture is blended to perfection, carefully pour it into popsicle molds, ensuring even distribution.
  3. Gently insert popsicle sticks into the center of each filled mold and place the molds upright in the freezer. Let them freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours.
  4. After the bars have frozen solid, carefully remove them from the molds and serve immediately for a refreshing treat.
