Step-by-Step Instructions for No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake
  1. Process 24 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Melt 5 tablespoons of unsalted butter and mix thoroughly with the crumbs. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat 16 ounces of cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy whipping cream on high speed until stiff peaks form.
