Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and layer eight sheets in the greased baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo base, fold over excess phyllo edges, and top with additional phyllo sheets brushed with butter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before drizzling honey over the top.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the honey before serving.
