- In a blender, combine 2 cups of ice cubes, 1 cup of milk (whole or your choice), 2 tablespoons of sugar, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 8 Oreo cookies. Secure the lid and blend.
- Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds until creamy and smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides for an even mixture.
- Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup along the insides of a tall glass, rotating as you drizzle to create a swirl effect.
- Pour the blended frappuccino into the prepared glass, filling it to your desired level while leaving space for the topping.
- Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and garnish with crushed or whole Oreo cookies.
