Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. Lay three soaked rice paper sheets overlapping slightly on your working surface for a sturdy base.
  4. Spread a thin layer of homemade pizza sauce over the rice paper sheets, then top with cheese, chicken or turkey slices, and chopped pepperoni.
  5. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then tightly roll from the bottom to enclose snugly.
  6. Place the rolled pizza rolls seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space for crisping.
  7. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
