Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 2 Cooked chicken cubed or shredded; rotisserie chicken works great
  • 2 Avocados ripe and cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Lime juice or lemon juice as an alternative
  • ½ cup Light mayo
  • ¼ cup Plain Greek yogurt or sour cream for a richer flavor
For the Wrap
  • 4 Whole wheat tortillas healthy, fiber-rich option

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cube or shred the cooked chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut and cube the ripe avocados, adding them to the bowl with the chicken.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, light mayo, and plain Greek yogurt to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on your work surface and spoon a portion of the filling into the center.
  7. Fold the top and bottom of the tortilla into the center and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
