Preparation
- Cube or shred the cooked chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut and cube the ripe avocados, adding them to the bowl with the chicken.
- Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice, light mayo, and plain Greek yogurt to the bowl.
- Mix everything thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until you achieve a smooth mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on your work surface and spoon a portion of the filling into the center.
- Fold the top and bottom of the tortilla into the center and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
