- Start by adding frozen mango chunks to your food processor. Pulse the mango until it breaks down into small, crumbly pieces, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the light agave syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice over the mango. Process for about 2–3 minutes, scraping down the sides occasionally until smooth.
- For soft-serve texture, scoop directly into bowls. For firmer consistency, transfer sorbet to a loaf pan, cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop the mango sorbet into bowls or cups and top with fresh raspberries for added color and flavor.
