  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by blending 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  2. Chop 1/4 cup of sliced pepperoncini and 1 medium tomato, then fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over one large flour tortilla.
  4. Layer chopped romaine lettuce over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
