Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and slicing your vegetables. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips and the zucchini into half-moons.
  2. In a large pan or skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the prepared bell peppers and zucchini to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Once the vegetables are tender, crumble in about ½ cup of feta cheese, stirring gently to combine.
