  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil or melted butter

  • 1 package Cream Cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1 container Whipped Topping 12 oz
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar adjust to desired sweetness
For the Topping
  • 1 package Oreos about 24 cookies, crushed
  • Gummy Worms as many as you like

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch casserole dish by greasing it.
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
  7. Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the cream cheese layer and add gummy worms on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
