Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, and spices. Mix until smooth.
  3. Lay flour tortillas flat and spoon the filling onto each, spreading it evenly.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and cut into bite-sized pieces at a 45-degree angle.
  5. Transfer the cut antojitos to the baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes.
  6. Switch oven to broil and broil antojitos for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with basil pesto for dipping.
