Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, and spices. Mix until smooth.
- Lay flour tortillas flat and spoon the filling onto each, spreading it evenly.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling and cut into bite-sized pieces at a 45-degree angle.
- Transfer the cut antojitos to the baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes.
- Switch oven to broil and broil antojitos for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with basil pesto for dipping.
