- In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat. Add 10 ounces of fresh marshmallows and stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies, mixing gently for about 2 minutes until fully coated.
- Add 1 cup of Lotus Biscoff spread and stir until fully incorporated, achieving a caramel color in about 1-2 minutes.
- Prepare a greased 9x13 inch pan and transfer the mixture. Press it down evenly for about 1-2 minutes without tightly packing.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30-60 minutes until set, then slice into squares and serve.
