- Rinse 1 large head of fresh broccoli under cold water, trim off the stem, and cut into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, and salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth.
- Add 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, and 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion to the bowl with the broccoli. Gently mix with dressing.
- Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
