Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and add the seasonings and chicken broth.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for about 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  6. Add the cheese tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream, and stir to combine.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Stir in the baby spinach and let it wilt for about 10 minutes.
