Preparation
- Combine sour cream, dill, garlic, and cayenne in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Drain the salmon and remove any bones and skin. Pat it dry and place in a bowl.
- Add almond flour, mayonnaise, egg, salt, thyme, and pepper to the salmon. Mix gently and form into five patties.
- Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the patties to a paper towel-lined plate and serve with the spicy dill-garlic dip.
