Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat; let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Prepare three shallow dishes for the breading: one with breadcrumbs, one with beaten eggs, and a third empty.
  5. Dip each marinated chicken tender in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs, pressing to coat evenly.
  6. Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the breaded tenders for added crispiness.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.
