Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat; let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Prepare three shallow dishes for the breading: one with breadcrumbs, one with beaten eggs, and a third empty.
- Dip each marinated chicken tender in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs, pressing to coat evenly.
- Arrange the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the breaded tenders for added crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad.

Notes
Marinate for longer to enhance flavor; choose Panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch; ensure tenders are spaced for even cooking.
