  1. Grate zucchini, sprinkle with kosher salt, let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out moisture.
  2. Mix drained zucchini, ground chicken, minced garlic, chives, black pepper, and kosher salt in a bowl.
  3. Divide mixture into 6 portions, shape into patties, and place on parchment paper.
  4. For the sauce, blend cilantro, garlic, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and white vinegar until smooth.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet, cook patties for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
