  4. Arrange seasoned potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  6. After 10 minutes, check for doneness and continue cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with fresh herbs or adjust seasoning if desired, and serve hot.
