  2. Generously spray each potato with olive oil, ensuring an even coating. Sprinkle kosher salt liberally over the surface, followed by a dash of black pepper if desired.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 400°F and cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  4. After 35 minutes, test the potatoes’ doneness by inserting a fork or knife into the center. If it goes in easily, they’re ready! If they still feel firm, continue cooking in two-minute increments until perfectly tender.
