Method
 

Ice Cream Preparation
  1. Blend the Ingredients: Combine pistachio nuts, lowfat cottage cheese, half and half, condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Freeze the Mixture: Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, secure the lid tightly, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process the Frozen Mixture: After freezing, remove the container and process in Ninja Creami for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
  4. Serve or Refreeze: Serve immediately for soft-serve or refreeze for a firmer texture. Garnish with crushed pistachios or sea salt if desired.
