Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized jar or bowl, mix together rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, ground cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until all the oats are fully coated.
  2. Cover the jar or bowl tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Let the mixture sit for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Once ready, give the mixture a good stir, checking the consistency. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
  4. Top with chopped nuts and dried mango or raisins, using 2-3 tablespoons of each, then serve immediately.
