Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil salted water, add spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Gradually stir in chicken broth, then fold in Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fold warm spaghetti into the creamy sauce, then add shredded chicken and one cup of cheddar cheese. Stir well to combine.
  5. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish evenly.
  6. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
