  • 8 oz Soft Unripened Goat Cheese Substitute with softened cream cheese if preferred.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Can be replaced with paleo mayo or a combination of mayo and sour cream.
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Adjust or omit based on preference.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be used for a fresher taste.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used as an alternative.
For the Seafood
  • 12 oz Crab Meat 2 cans, source of main protein; squeeze out moisture.
  • 1 cup Chopped Cooked Shrimp Thoroughly pat dry before adding.
For the Cheesy Toppings
  • ½ cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
For Garnish
  • 1 whole Green Onion
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, sriracha, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the drained crab meat, chopped cooked shrimp, chopped green onion, and fresh parsley. Stir in most of the grated cheese, reserving some for topping.
  4. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly and sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with additional chopped green onions and fresh parsley. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
