  • 400 grams Ground Meat or turkey/plant-based option
  • 2 medium Leeks chopped
  • 1 medium Onion yellow, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
For the Sauce
  • 200 grams Cream Cheese vegan option available
  • 150 ml Heavy Cream or half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked for more flavor
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add your choice of pasta. Cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside in a colander.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle a bit of olive oil and add the minced meat. Sauté for approximately 5-7 minutes until fully browned.
  3. Add chopped onions and leeks to the skillet with the browned meat. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese along with the heavy cream. Mix until smooth and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add your cooked pasta to the creamy mixture in the skillet and gently toss together.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly cracked pepper or additional cheese.
