  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Optional; agave nectar works as an alternative.
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances the flavors.
For the Chocolate Shell
  • 100 grams Dark Chocolate Ensure it's vegan for plant-based.
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil Optional but recommended for melting.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend rolled oats, milk, strawberries, yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt in a blender for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into bowls or jars. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the chilled oat mixture, creating a uniform layer.
  5. Chill again for 2-3 hours or overnight until chocolate shell sets.
  6. Serve cold, optionally with extra fruits or yogurt on top.
