Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of sifted matcha powder. Pour in 1 tablespoon of hot water heated to 175°F. Whisk in a zigzag motion for about 30 seconds until smooth and slightly frothy.
  2. In a small saucepan, pour in 1 cup of your choice of milk and sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Heat over medium-low, stirring gently for 3-5 minutes until steam rises.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of honey, mixing until it dissolves completely.
  4. Carefully pour the whisked matcha into your favorite mug, then slowly add the warm cinnamon milk, stirring gently to blend.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for added aroma. Your warm, cozy drink is ready to be enjoyed!
