- Boil the water in a medium-sized pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and add black tea bags, fresh rosemary, orange zest, and sliced ginger.
- Let the mixture steep for 5 to 7 minutes until it develops a nice amber hue.
- Remove tea bags and stir in sugar to taste while the tea is still warm.
- Strain out ginger, zest, and rosemary, then mix in freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish each glass with a slice of orange and a rosemary sprig.
