  • 4 cups fish or chicken broth
  • 2 limes juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pound white fish fillets cubed
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sliced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and fish or chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Gently add cubed fish and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until fish is opaque.
  7. Remove from heat and fold in chopped cilantro.
  8. Ladle into bowls and garnish with lime wedges.
