  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar adjust to taste
  • 3 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time on low speed until just combined.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for 22-25 minutes until edges are set.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before slicing.
