- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash 3 to 4 ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt. Sift in all-purpose flour and fold gently until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar with cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over it. Dollop remaining batter on top and add rest of cinnamon sugar.
- Gently swirl the batter and cinnamon sugar together to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes and transfer to a wire rack. Mix powdered sugar with milk for the glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.
