Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash 3 to 4 ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add baking soda and salt. Sift in all-purpose flour and fold gently until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar with cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over it. Dollop remaining batter on top and add rest of cinnamon sugar.
  6. Gently swirl the batter and cinnamon sugar together to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes and transfer to a wire rack. Mix powdered sugar with milk for the glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.
