Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  4. Arrange 40 saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of salted butter and 1 cup of brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until boiling for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the toffee over the saltine crackers, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, until bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle 2 cups of white chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
  9. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee.
  10. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the chocolate layer.
  11. Allow to cool at room temperature before cutting into pieces.
