Directions
- Boil 4 cups of water and pour it into a large pitcher.
- Add tea bags and 2 tbsp of dried culinary lavender to the pitcher. Optionally, add sugar or honey.
- Cover and steep for about 20 minutes.
- Strain out the tea bags and lavender using a fine mesh sieve.
- Add 4 cups of cold water and stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.

Use only culinary-grade lavender and adjust the sweetness to taste. Garnish with lemon slices or mint.
